  1. How do I get my full name to show in the from address?
    Choose "Options" from the top menubar after you have logged in to mail. Click "Personal Information" and then "Edit your identities". Type in your full name, as you want it to appear, under "Your full name".
  2. How do I setup my signature in Webmail?
    Choose "Options" from the top menubar after you have logged in to mail. Click "Personal Information" and then "Edit your identities". Type in your signature under "Your Signature" and save.
  3. Why does emptying the trash folder log me out?
    This is a known bug in the software we use for the web interface. Clicking the "Empty Trash" button while in the trash folder, does empty your trash, but at the same time also expires your session.

    This bug will most probably be fixed in the next release of the software. Until then, empty trash while you are not within the trash folder. That should empty your trash without logging you out.

  4. My addressbook missing entries. What do I do?
    We have been expecting trouble with addressbooks. Because the new webmail interface uses different software than the old one address book entries might not have transferred properly. You can either get in touch with us at help@engr.uky.edu or come by to 280 Anderson Hall, and we will be able to help you.
  5. How do I setup mail forwarding or a vacation auto-reply?
    Click the "+" sign to the left of the "Mail" item in the left navbar to expand the menu. Menu choices for "Vacation" and "Forwarding" will now be visible. Follow the links to setup vacation autoreplies or email forwarding.
  6. How do I change my password?
    Choose the "Manage Account" link in the bottom menubar. Enter your user id and password, and choose "Change password" from the menu.
  7. I'm an incoming freshman. Where's my account?
    Your account may not have been created yet. We usually create accounts during the first week of classes, when we get the class lists from the Registrar's office. If its past the first week of classes, try looking up your account at: http://www.engr.uky.edu/launchpad/ If the page doesn't show your account, come by and see us in 280 Anderson Hall, and we'll set it up for you.
